Job Title: Salesforce QA / Salesforce Tester

Experience Range: 5–8 Years
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA with experience in full-stack testing, automation frameworks, and Salesforce project environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming and be well-versed in quality engineering practices through all phases of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements, design scalable test solutions, and troubleshoot issues Design, develop, and manage automated testing artifacts ensuring reuse, version control, and backup management Compile and communicate test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development and DevOps teams Attend offshore, onsite, and client meetings as required Participate in daily Scrum calls overlapping until 9 PM IST

Must-Have Skills:

5–8 years of overall QA experience, with 2–3 Salesforce project implementations Strong technical and testing skills with knowledge of various software testing strategies and approaches Hands-on experience in automated testing tools/frameworks Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams Passion for test automation and quality delivery processes

Good-to-Have Skills:

Healthcare domain experience, especially in: Case Management testing Credentialing Provider data management Knowledge of Salesforce-specific testing tools or environments Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems UST Core Values: Demonstrated practice of Humility, Humanity, and Integrity in the workplace
