Job Title: D365 CRM Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Experience Range: 5-10 years

Roles &  Responsibilities:

Work on CRM engagements to design the next-generation digital architecture. Be involved in the analysis and design phases of projects. Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions. Execute and participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations. Deep understanding of integration & data migration methods/tools within D365 CRM. Customize and configure the CRM application as per business requirements. Develop CRM applications using .NET plugins/ASP.NET extensions. Ensure that designs align with business requirements.

Key Skills (Must-Have):

5+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience (including hands-on development and writing plugins). Hands-on experience with D365 CRM (Dynamics CRM), including configuration and customization. Experience in client-facing engagements and leading client discussions. At least one end-to-end CRM implementation with integration. Design and coding skills in Visual Studio, C#, IIS, and Dynamics CRM. Expertise in agile delivery, continuous integration, and build processes. Solid understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have):

D365 CRM Certification. Experience with CRM configuration and customization (Plugins, etc.).
