Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Must-Have Skills:

ABAP (6+ years): Extensive hands-on experience with RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) OOPS ABAP: Strong object-oriented programming experience using standard design patterns SAP HANA ABAP: CDS Views AMDP RAP Framework ODATA Services development and integration Strong experience with: Enhancements: BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework Forms: Smart Forms and Adobe Forms Interfaces: IDoc, EDI, BAPI, RFC, Web Services Data Dictionary: All core DDIC objects Strong debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skills Experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and SAP incident handling Understanding and adherence to development standards and SDLC processes

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in effort estimation, assumptions planning, and development sizing Strong documentation and TDS preparation skills Familiarity with AUT, peer reviews, and test data preparation Exposure to all project types: Implementation, Support, and Upgrade Capability to conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and provide technical R&D Strong presentation and communication skills
