We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer / Tech Lead who is proficient in AI Builder and CoPilot, and experienced in delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of a large-scale case management application for our global Operations Technology team. This role demands hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to bring efficiency and automation into manual operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:Work with product owners, stakeholders, and BAs to gather requirements, conduct technical analysis, and plan deliveries.
Define system architecture and lead solution design for scalable, secure Dynamics 365 CE applications.
Develop and customize features using Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, and Azure services.
Integrate Dynamics with external systems using Azure Logic Apps and APIs.
Implement and customize AI Builder and CoPilot solutions within Dynamics.
Perform data migration, reporting setup, and environment configuration including security.
Lead CI/CD pipeline implementation using Azure DevOps.
Conduct user training, manage system administration, and provide post-production support.
Participate in release management and ensure full test coverage (unit, integration, regression).
Must-Have Skills:Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Strong development experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating AI Builder and CoPilot with Power Platform solutions.
Proficiency in C#.NET, Azure, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and deployment tasks.
Strong understanding of iterative/agile development practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication across business and technical teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
Familiarity with basic Machine Learning concepts and use cases.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns and best practices.
Experience with end-to-end application testing: functional, performance, regression, etc.
Comfortable interacting with global business users, including conducting demos and training sessions.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise web applications, preferably within Microsoft stack and Dynamics ecosystem.
