Under the supervision of a Senior Lead, analyze and develop applications within ERP/CRM systems and design integration solutions using the IBM Sterling Suite and related technologies.
Primary Responsibilities Design & DevelopmentOwn the technical implementation of the integration platform.
Analyze, design, and develop integration components using Sterling B2B Integrator, ITX, ITXA, and Lightwell (LW).
Develop EDI maps, business processes, and trading partner configurations.
Implement APIs and support SOAP/SAP/JDBC-based integrations.
Platform & AdministrationPerform Sterling suite server management, patching, installations, and upgrades.
Monitor performance and perform capacity planning and tuning.
Manage version control, transport processes, and system health.
Ensure stability and scalability of integration systems on AWS.
Deployment & TestingImplement new integrations, enhancements, and migration activities.
Ensure test class coverage and adhere to coding standards.
Handle deployment issues and perform root cause analysis.
Client & Stakeholder InteractionEffectively engage with business and technical stakeholders.
Present solution designs, provide technical documentation, and lead implementation reviews.
Provide technical support for B2B transactions and manage critical incidents.
Team & Knowledge ManagementMentor junior team members on technical issues and best practices.
Contribute to reusable artifacts, project documentation, and internal knowledge base.

Project OverviewThe integration platform is hosted on AWS and integrates with internal systems (ERP, Finance, Commerce) and 150+ trading partners (Retailers, 3PLs, Banks, Suppliers) across ANZ, EU, and US. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and build secure and scalable interfaces for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) ecosystem.
