Job Title: BMC Helix Technical Specialist Location: Bengaluru Experience Range: 6 to 8 Years Education Qualification: BE/BTech Must-Have Skills:

BMC Helix Development & Administration

BMC Helix ITSM (including Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release management)

BMC Helix Innovation Studio

Remedy forms and objects (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)

CMDB, Foundation Data Management

Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Smart IT configuration and troubleshooting

Development of custom workflows and SRDs

Preventive maintenance and performance tuning

ITIL Foundation Certification (Mandatory)

Open to 24x7 shift support

Good-to-Have Skills:

Helix Dashboard, DWPA, Discovery

Asset Management, Approval Flows

SQL and Database query experience

Web Services integration and third-party software integration

Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

LDAP Integration

Experience preparing test data and test cases for unit/integration/production

Strong understanding of architectural design and documentation standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze and develop solutions in BMC Helix (ITSM, Innovation Studio, Smart IT, Dashboard) under supervision of a Senior Lead

Customize and extend BMC Helix to meet business requirements

Handle incident tickets, perform root cause analysis, and deliver quick resolutions

Participate in design, coding, testing, and documentation of modules

Implement new features and optimize performance of the Helix platform

Manage build and deployment activities, including production environment changes

Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across environments

Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and mentor junior team members

Provide technical input in sprint planning, estimations, and customer meetings

Contribute to internal practice activities like case studies, content creation, training, and mentoring

Drive continuous learning by staying up to date with platform updates and suggesting improvements

Interact with clients for requirement clarification, solution presentation, and implementation reviews
