Summary:

To support the EHS organization with Safety Data Sheet management, Gensuite safety data management, and compliance tasks during the transition and long-term maintenance phases.

Job Description

5+ Years of Experience in Environment, Health and Safety. Manually tag chemicals to specific tools and chambers, with focus on SCLA, Varian, and Taiwan operations. Locate and upload English versions of foreign language Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to support migration and transition efforts. Manually enter approved chemicals to bridge data gaps during the transition phase. Transfer and set up proprietary SDS documents. Upload and maintain SDS-related attachments, including exemptions and foreign language files. Review new SDS entries in Gensuite, complete required sections, approve SDS, and link them to associated Management of Change (MOC) records. Upload SDS for AGS, AMAT PN, and non-MOC cases (scope to be defined). Review Management of Changes records and assign appropriate approval paths. Provide ongoing support for SDS management and maintenance. Maintain Gensuite records that have outdated SDS documents 

Responsibilities

Manually tag chemicals to the appropriate tool/chamber. Focus areas include SCLA, Varian, and Taiwan operations. [3-5 weeks] Locate and upload English versions of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) originally in foreign languages. [2-3 weeks] Manually enter approved chemicals to bridge transition gaps (temporary stop-gap measure). [50 hours] Proprietary SDS Handling, Transfer and set up proprietary SDS documents. [20 hours] Upload and maintain SDS supporting attachments, including exemptions and foreign language files. [50 hours]

6.     Review new SDS entries in Gensuite, Complete required sections, approve SDS, and link them to associated Management of Change (MOC) records. [1 hour/day]

7.     Handle uploads for AGS, AMAT PN SDS, and non-MOC SDS (scope to be defined). [1 hour/day]

8.     Review MOC records and assign appropriate workflow paths. [1 hour/day]

9.     Provide continuous support with SDS management, maintain "expired" or "outdated" SDS, and system upkeep. [0.5 hours/day]

10.  Provide SCLA HMIS/BOC Tracking assistance due to chemical usage at the site. Provide BOC tracking to appropriate personnel. [1 hours/day]

11.  Implements SRA tool in Gensuite

12.  Streamline Inspection program in Gensuite

13.  Implement LOTO program at Labs 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
