Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Data Engineer with strong expertise in IAM (Identity and Access Management), OKTA, PAM Engineering, and Cyber Security support. The ideal candidate will manage and support operational data workflows related to security and access management while providing analytics and reporting support. Experience with Qlik, SSRS, or Power BI for operations reporting is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows related to IAM, OKTA, and PAM systems.

Provide technical support and data engineering expertise to cyber security teams for operational reporting and monitoring.

Build and optimize dashboards and reports using QlikView, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), or Power BI.

Collaborate with security, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure data integrity, security compliance, and efficient access management.

Monitor and troubleshoot data ingestion and integration processes to ensure smooth operation of IAM and PAM data feeds.

Assist in automation of operational workflows related to security and access control.

Maintain documentation of data architecture, workflows, and security policies related to IAM/PAM.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience as an Operations Data Engineer with hands-on knowledge of IAM, OKTA, and PAM engineering.

Familiarity with Cyber Security operational support and tools.

Proficient in scripting, SQL, and data pipeline development to support security data flows.

Good to Have:

Experience as an Operations developer with expertise in QlikView, SSRS, or Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk mitigation related to IAM/PAM.

Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in IAM, Cyber Security, or Data Engineering (preferred).
