Must Have Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write complex queries for data analysis. Expertise in Data Analysis & Data Profiling: Experience in analyzing data sets, identifying trends, and performing data profiling. Creating Functional Specifications: Ability to create clear functional specifications for data-related projects. Understanding of Databases & Data Management: Knowledge of database structures, management, and best practices. Experience in Data Privacy: Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices. Requirements Elicitation: Experience gathering business and technical requirements from stakeholders. Data Transformation: Ability to transform data using tools such as Excel or other ETL tools.

Good to Have Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Data Center Migrations: Hands-on experience with on-premise and cloud migrations. Familiarity with Data Governance & Compliance Standards: Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements. Knowledge of Data Integration Tools & Techniques: Familiarity with data integration practices and tools. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and find innovative solutions. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in work.
