We are seeking a CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team. The candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, design and configure CRM solutions, lead stakeholder workshops, and provide functional support for CRM implementations and enhancements.
Must Have Skills:5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 Customer Engagement preferred).
Strong understanding of CRM functional modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Experience configuring out-of-the-box CRM features and customizations.
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Experience collaborating with technical teams for custom development, integrations, and reports.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Participation in UAT, rollout, and post-go-live support activities.
Good to Have Skills:Proficiency in Power Platform components: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
Knowledge of integration methods such as REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications (MB-210, MB-910, MB-220).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
