• Strong hands-on AWS experience, especially with Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.

• Solid coding skills (Python preferred) and experience writing clean, scalable, and testable code.

• Can debug, and solve problems and bugs independently with minimal guidance.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (CDK preferred).

• Communicates well and keeps the team updated regularly.

• Self-motivated, takes stories from start to finish and owns the outcome.

• Has experience working in large company setups where security and scale matter.

• Takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn’t just wait for instructions.
