Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve enterprise trouble tickets within SLA and escalate as needed. Lead customer and vendor calls; mentor junior associates and onboard new team members. Define and support IT strategy, especially around data and infrastructure management. Update SOPs, create and maintain knowledge base articles (runbooks). Coordinate with ISMS teams to ensure compliance and resolve infrastructure issues. Implement infrastructure changes using best practices, including IAC and CI/CD. Contribute to major platform migration and provide post-incident RCA. Monitor and support infrastructure using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, OLA, SLA, and audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Networking, Storage, Backup, and Cloud. Lead strategic initiatives related to continuous improvement (CSI) and service delivery efficiency. Manage training, performance, and certifications within the team. Respond to lower environment monitoring support and manage server/storage installations and upgrades.
