Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer – Python/AI-ML

Experience Range: 3–8 years

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Python for AI/ML model development Expertise in Keras and Pandas Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, Transformers Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines using Kafka and big data technologies Experience in Time Series modeling Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP (deployment, scalability, performance optimization) Familiarity with Aurora DB and ELK stack Ability to build reusable ML components for scalable systems Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to GANs and other Generative AI frameworks Experience with synthetic data generation techniques Understanding of ML model compliance and performance benchmarking Background in mentoring junior developers or technical leadership Familiarity with model observability and monitoring tools
