Position Summary:
The Lead HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing key administrative functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of HR transactions, and serving as a point of escalation for complex issues. This role also provides leadership and support to HR Coordinators, helping to manage workflow and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbox Escalations:Monitor and respond to escalated HR inquiries from the shared inbox, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up. Phone Queue Support:
Answer and triage incoming HR phone calls, providing accurate information or routing to the appropriate team member. UKG Delegations:
Manage and maintain UKG transaction delegations, ensuring proper assignment. Report Oversight:
Ensure critical HR reports are actively monitored and addressed. Onboarding Coordination:
Lead the onboarding process for new hires. Responsibilities include scheduling orientation, preparing onboarding materials, and coordinating with hiring managers. Team Support & Workflow Management:
Assist HR Coordinators as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and efficient HR operations. Manage daily workflow and task prioritization to meet department goals.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent time management and organizational abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in a lead or supervisory HR support role Familiarity with onboarding processes for both office and field based employees Knowledge of HR reporting and analyticsBenefits and Pay:
