A Lead Housekeeper is responsible for assisting with overseeing housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring housekeeping standards and assisting the Executive Housekeeper.

What will I be doing?
As a Lead Housekeeper , you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Lead Housekeeper will also be required to assist the Executive Housekeeper and monitor standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nAssist with overseeing Housekeeping operations\nOperate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules\nSupport departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures\nMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Housekeeping Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork\nEnsure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities\nAssist the Executive Housekeeper to maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers\nEnsure staffing levels cover business demands\nEnsure ongoing training to support Executive Housekeeper\nEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated\nManage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures\nSupport managing, training and developing the Front Office team\nDeputise in absence of Executive Housekeeper\nAssist other departments wherever necessary\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Lead Housekeeper serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nHousekeeping experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity\nHigh level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities\nExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills\nCommitted to delivering high levels of customer service\nAbility to work under pressure\nHigh level of IT proficiency\nExcellent grooming standards\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nFamiliar with Property Management Systems\nExperience managing a department and Profit and Loss account\n\n
