\nAs a Lead Housekeeper, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, a Lead Housekeeper will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nAllocate work duties to Team Members\nPerform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms\nReport and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues\nInspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors\nSchedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects\nManage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required\nManage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment\nProvide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements\nEnsure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nPrevious experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role\nA successful track record of managing a team\nStrong organizational and analytic skills\nAn attention to details\nStrong communication skills\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service\nProficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office\n\n\n
