Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
+ 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
+ 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
+ Experience in operating systems and application software optimizations on mobile hardware.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
+ 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent experience in software optimizations on hardware accelerators or mobile ML software development.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams including research, silicon, software, system, operating systems, program management and product marketing teams.
+ Ability to lead and guide a team of product managers, manage stakeholder relationships, and develop and articulate product vision and roadmap.

As the team behind Google Tensor, Google’s custom System-on-Chip (SoC), we deliver the unique intelligence and capabilities of Pixel devices. We are product leaders who translate cutting-edge AI and ML innovations into reality by co-optimizing compute hardware and software. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product vision at the intersection of AI Research, Android OS, and Pixel Software. This leader will identify high-impact opportunities to elevate overall Pixel system performance, forge a compelling Tensor roadmap, and drive execution by influencing key cross-functional partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Collaborate with Pixel and Android partners to develop insights on performance improvement opportunities on the Pixel platform.
+ Identify additional optimization opportunities for the Pixel phones with internal and external partners on applications, CUJs, and workloads.
+ Prioritize the high-impact opportunities and influence cross-functional stakeholders towards a compelling Tensor roadmap elevating overall Pixel system performance.
+ Work with marketing, engineering, legal, and multiple cross-functional teams for product and feature launches enabled with Google Tensor.
