Contract Governance:
Reward & Penalty basis contractual terms (Delivery, Quality, etc)
Communication with supplier from contractual standpoint for validity extension and price update (Amendment)
Control/restrict purchase of inventory/ service in absence of contract
Monthly warehouse and logistics KPI validation
RACM and Governance
Partner Governance
Responsible for AB supply chain audit, it’s observation and closure
Other Operations:
Internal Audit of all process of the function
Keep Track on all Business KPIs on Monthly Basis
Rolling out new process for during new product launch
Key Competencies
Understanding of supply chain concepts including planning, inventory management, distribution, logistics Passion to learn Good Communication skill People and partner management Analytical skills Proficiency in MS Officeknowledge of Oracle-Inventory, Purchase and Payable module
Working Experience: Knowledge of supply chain concepts with minimum 4-5 years’ experience.
