A Lead Generator sets up a potential policy sale and transfers it over to an agent to complete the sale. The Lead Generator learns the customer's needs and knows some product information to complete this task.

About the role  

 

A Lead Generator sets up a potential policy sale and transfers it over to an agent to complete the sale. The Lead Generator learns the customer's needs and knows some product information to complete this task.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Communicates effectively with internal Customers and employees for follow up purchases of customers. 

Identifies the customer’s need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency 

May utilize multiple communication channels including but not limited to telephone, fax, email, or online chat to assist the client 

 

This is an on-site and full-time position in Tijuana, Baja California. 

 

Education and Experience  

High School diploma or equivalent experience 

 

Functional Skills 

Ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously)  

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills 

Professional verbal and written communication skills 

Ability to navigate through multiple systems 

Bilingual in English and Spanish 

 

For this position, we offer up to $30,000 MXN. monthly before taxes.
