The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound lead generation efforts, identifying and engaging potential B2B prospects across multiple industries. This role will play a critical part in building our sales pipeline and supporting our ambitious growth goals.

This position differs from typical lead generation roles. You will become part of the newly established EMEA Sales & Marketing team, where your contributions will significantly influence company growth. You will work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director and our brilliant sales team to build the Lead Generation function from the ground. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies through a variety of channelsBuild and manage a pipeline of potential leads and track progress using Salesforce CRM and other lead management toolsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives and market positioningProvide regular reporting and insights on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and ROIMaintain a deep understanding of our BPO, CX, and AI-driven solutions to position them effectively to potential clients

What are we looking for?

Studies in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPostgraduate studies in Digital Marketing, Sales and Strategy would be an advantage Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lead GenerationMinimum 2 years of work experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Pardot, or Salesforce Account Engagement CloudStrong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change First-class time-management skills - able to prioritise and multitaskPassion, energy, and ownership of tasksFluency in written and spoken English (C2 level)Proficiency in French, German or Spanish would be an advantage
