7-9 years of professional experience in full stack development, with significant hands-on expertise in React and Node.js.Deep understanding of system architecture, and agile development methodologies.Experience leading engineering teams, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback.Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional project teams.Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications in production environments.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Prior experience working in healthcare domain is highly desirable.Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms) is a plus.Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
