Roles and responsibilities:
Support Regional and HQ QMI reviews. QMI summary file and pages preparation for weekly business leadership reviews.
Drive month-end orders reporting and maintain/update project portfolio for senior leadership.
Support HQ income statement team during closing activities including Orders DR preparation, P&L cribs, HFM/Smartsheet refresh.
Contribute in simplification initiatives and support ad hoc income statement deliverables.
Coordinate and consolidate monthly commodity and productivity reporting across Global Supply Chain- support visuals, pacing, and follow-ups with regions and functions
Manage quarterly CAPEX, Inflation, and Inventory actuals cycles: prepare templates, collect regional inputs, address variances, and review with Global Supply Chain leadership
Support annual Global Supply Chain strategy process from template creation to consolidation and leadership review; support ad hoc strategic deliverables
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is a must, and Supply Chain Finance experience is highly preferred
Language: Fluency in English
Education: Finance, Business, or other related University degree with a strong financial qualification
Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
