Lead Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

What you will do

As the Lead Financial Analyst, you'll provide crucial financial support and analytics to GLO (Global Logistics & Operations) leaders and their teams. You'll play a key role in the GLO month-end, budget, and projection processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Your expertise will be vital in developing standard financial reports, responding to ad hoc requests, and driving process improvements. This fast-paced role demands strong organizational skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting systems.

Key finance business partner for several GLO support functions

Drive accountability and accuracy in GLO financial results and projections

Participates in monthly closing process including preparation of journal entries and communication of results.

Support monthly and quarterly financial projections and associated deliverables.

Assist with the development and tracking of annual budgets.

Ensure familiarity and correct application of GAAP accounting standards as well as Corporate and GQO (Global Quality Operations) compliance policies and principles.

Evaluate system requirements with an eye toward automating different aspects of the accounting cycles

Generate data and analysis to assist in key business decisions for business partners.

What you need

Bachelor's degree

4 years of relevant experience

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being onsite 2-3 days a week at either Flower Mound, TX, Kalamazoo, MI, or Plainfield, IN.

Travel Percentage: 10%
