The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, Travel to join our team. As a Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the BirchStreet inventory module. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Areas will operate 369 locations in 27 airports and 12 travel plazas nationwide, with a U.S. workforce of over 6,000. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79,900 - $107,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Partner with subsidiary leaders to prepare and consolidate annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with executive direction and financial accuracy Analyze financial performance trends, review variances, and support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align processes, objectives, and reporting across the organization Create and manage ad hoc reports and assist in developing executive-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders Research and analyze industry and market trends to support strategic planning and business insights 

More about youBachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA is preferred  Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A.Experience working with financial modeling, assumption generation, and comparisons with market trends and comparable transactions Strong analytical experience in finance-related functions Experience with financial analysis and data mining Experience with financial information, including audit reports and extracting information for projections and reports Advanced Excel experienceMust be able to work EST time zone
