**Job Description :** **Lead Financial Accountant** The Lead Financial accountant will support the team members with technical related questions and issues, also support people in different functions such as tax, group accounting when it comes to financial controlling, technical accounting matters. **Purpose of the Role** + to ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes, the timely and accurate submission of the financial & statutory report + to give technical accounting support within his/her own discipline to the FC team, + partner with the RTR team to ensure the information in the legal entity financial statements accurately and completely reflects our business operations + to support the decision making process with different financial controlling analysis, + to ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and act as advisor to other GBO group function teams + To support internal and external audits **Top 3- 5 Accountabilities** + Perform month end close responsibilities including journal entry preparation, supports the reconcilation process (e.g. accounting guidance and ensuring proper backup information and data in alignment with PCAOB requirements) + Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related review meetings + Prepare financial & statutory reports and oversee the statutory adjustment and transfer pricing process + Ensure that financial & statutory processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding control procedures are strictly adhered to in line with the internal (CARM) and external requirements + Understand, interpret, and implement Group Accounting and Reporting requirements; communicate requirements to the rest of the Financial Control team and to relevant teams in GBO + Support the FAC process, provide analysis for the FAC completion **Qualifications and Experience Required** + Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business + Qualified accountant + 4-5 years’ experience in relevant area + Experience working within an international / multicultural environment + Exemplary Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics) + Strong Financial Controlling knowledge (Balance sheet, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles) + Strong analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver high level message, offering solutions for issues + Fluent English knowledge \#LI-Hybrid **Worker Type :** Regular **Primary Location:** Ho Chi Minh City **Additional Locations :** **Job Posting Start Date :** 2025-07-08 With over 200 brands sold in more than 180 countries, we’re the world’s leading premium drinks company.
