Join us at Grundfos as a Lead Finance Business Partner (FBP) and become a key member of our plant leadership team, supporting multiple factories across Sunderland and Milan.
In this strategic role, you’ll drive financial transparency, deliver high-quality analysis, and play a vital part in shaping business decisions and performance management. You’ll collaborate closely with plant leadership and the global finance community to ensure financial excellence and operational success.
**As Lead FBP, you will:**
+ Deliver complex financial analysis and high-quality performance reporting for the performance unit.
+ Evaluate business cases and projects with an end-to-end perspective in close collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Integrate performance management tools and methods into business dialogues.
+ Act as a proactive business partner, constructively challenging and supporting the plant management team.
+ Drive performance management through insightful analysis to support decision-making.
+ Be accountable for all local finance matters, working closely with the Global ONE Finance Team on outsourced finance elements.
**Your background:**
+ Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
+ 3–4 years of experience in business controlling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP ERP & BW, Power BI, and VBA is a plus.
+ Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to complex issues.
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
+ A natural drive to lead, influence, and continuously learn.
