**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Business Partnering / Business Performance:
• Ensure business partners understand the drivers of expenses within the divisions.
• Develop and implement strategies for activities related to IT/D&T and their impact on receiving business units & functions (allocation process).
• Support business partners in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Provide and control figures related to IT expenses in network optimization initiatives and Capex projects (including Opex and business benefits).
Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting:
• Provide financial leadership and drive global assumptions with the Executive team for budgeting, LRP and RAF’s of IT, including variance analysis across Opex & Capex.
Monthly Reporting:
• Actively participate in monthly functions meetings and other regular management meetings.
Business Cases and Function Projects:
• Lead business cases or strategic scenarios, ensuring financial and operational viability of projects.
FP&A Initiatives:
• Implement a financial culture and promote available tools andactively participate in finance improvement programs

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:**
Based on your experience, we offer a competitive base salary ranging from €110’000 to €13’000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month). Additional benefits include:

The salary range for Barcelona will be discussed during the interview.
**YOU BRING**
• University Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration with a specialization in accounting.
• 7-12 years of work experience in Business Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Accounting and expense support for an IT organization
• Proficiency in SAP Controlling Modules, Microsoft Office Suite, OneStream, Group Reporting, Power BI.
• Six Sigma Certification is a strong plus.
• Project Experience in complex and business-related environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to synthesize key analyses, influence ideas, and convey findings to higher management.
• Business acumen with key enabler functions to support daily financial activities and monthly performance.
• Effective and professional communication skills, with the capacity to produce and communicate concise summaries.
• Self-motivated, resilient, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong priority-setting and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to anticipate needs.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
