As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations and performance of Stryker’s Flex Financial Europe business. You will lead core FP&A processes, deliver financial insights to leadership, and collaborate with business and finance stakeholders across Europe to drive accountability and results. In addition to partnering with local and divisional teams, you’ll work closely with the Poland Finance Center to support monthly reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. This role requires a strong mix of analytical skills, business acumen, and a proactive mindset to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also coordinate with technical accounting on contract treatment and support the integrity of Flex’s financial reporting.
What you will do:
Own core FP&A responsibilitiesCollaborate with business partners to build annual budgets, quarterly projections, and long-term financial plansAnalyze financial performance and prepare financial reports and presentations for leadershipAssist in the support of audits and related processes.Calculate and own monthly commission processAssist the PFC in monthly reports and reconciliationsPartner with local and divisional finance teams to manage financialsServe as the primary liaison between Flex Finance and technical accounting to determine appropriate accounting treatment for contract structuresWork on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requestedWhat you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountingFluency in English4+ years of relevant working experience in finance or accountingExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsOutstanding organizational and time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines with high degree of accuracyAbility to work independently in a high-paced environmentAbility to manage projects that will significantly impact the business up-to and including working with senior leadershipProficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI)CPA PreferredKnowledge of US GAAPTravel Percentage: 10%
