Job Skills / Requirements Now Hiring: Lead Field Training Officer (FTO) – Overnight Shift Pay: $19-$20/hour Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight) Availability: Must be available on weekends Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Field Training Officer (FTO) to provide overnight leadership and support to our security operations. This role is ideal for a professional with supervisory experience who is ready to take ownership of field performance, officer development, and operational readiness. The Lead FTO ensures officers are trained, supported, and compliant with site standards, while also serving as the key link between field operations, management, and clients. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision + Provide direct supervision and leadership to officers in the field. + Assist with scheduling, coverage, and shift support. + Mentor, coach, and guide officers to meet professional standards. Training & Compliance + Conduct officer training and ensure successful onboarding. + Perform unannounced inspections and verify site compliance. + Enforce documentation standards, including accurate pass-down logs and post orders. Emergency Response & Coverage + Respond quickly to call-offs, no-shows, or emergencies. + Cover or coordinate relief for vacant posts as needed. + Notify management of staffing changes and incidents in real time. Operational Support + Travel between multiple sites during shift (average 50–175 miles/day). + Inspect officer performance, site readiness, and equipment functionality. + Maintain FTO vehicle and equipment, including daily inspections and minor upkeep. Minimum Requirements + Supervisory experience required (field supervisor experience preferred). + Must be 25 years or older . + Valid driver’s license; must pass MVR and driver safety training. + Must pass drug screening. + Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement. + Successful completion of FTO Training Program. + Flexibility to work overnights and weekends .
