**Job Title: Lead Finance Business Partner – Industry (IND) Americas**

**What is the job about?**
As **Lead Finance Business Partner – IND Americas** , you will represent Finance in the management team of the performance unit, proactively supporting and constructively challenging business plans, driving performance management, and strengthening decision-making through high-quality financial insights.
You will report directly to the Finance Director, Divisional Ops FBP IND, and collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Sales. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal contribution to Group profitability and financial leadership across the Americas region.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Provide forward-looking financial insights to support strategic and tactical business planning.
+ Drive financial performance management through KPI definition, monitoring, and corrective actions.
+ Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
+ Act as the single point of contact for all financial matters within the performance unit.
+ Support and lead strategic initiatives and projects within the unit.
+ Develop financial acumen across all levels and functions of the performance unit.
+ Collaborate with FP&A, Shared Services, and Compliance Controlling to ensure financial integrity and alignment.
**Your background:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
+ 6–7 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within operations, supply chain, or product development.
+ Strong understanding of financial principles and performance management.
+ Experience in business partnering and strategic financial planning.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
+ Familiarity with financial systems and process development.
+ Ability to manage tight deadlines and have a structured approach

The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Actual pay will depend upon skill set, experience, and location.
