Roles and responsibilities:Manage the maintenance and accurate functioning of the facility in all areas related to operations, ensuring a clean, well-lit, and orderly environment.Coordinate the maintenance and operation of the temperature monitoring system in accordance with local SOPs, ensuring continuous use.Ensure the continuous operation and use of temperature and humidity control systems.Maintain and operate temperature-controlled areas and equipment for consistent performance.Coordinate the maintenance and operation of the access control system for accurate and continuous use.Ensure the integrity and continuous operation of intrusion and fire systems.Manage the maintenance and operation of the CCTV system (Video Surveillance Cameras) for constant functionality.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop or review procedures, forms, and work instructions used by operations personnel.Perform administrative tasks related to document life cycle management, from issuance to archiving, following quality recommendations.Participate in support initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and compliance with quality procedures, policies, and regulations.Detect and report deviations and non-conformities in compliance with procedures.Ensure the integrity of data generated in critical systems and operations.Participate in managing and ensuring regulatory compliance related to safety and hygiene activities.Join us and be part of an ambitious team dedicated to innovation and excellence!
