Job Title: Lead Expert CRM Solution Designer D&T

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM implementations, solution design, and business process optimization, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. This role requires a deep understanding of functional consulting, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in end-to-end CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.Provide expert guidance on best practices, system capabilities, and industry trends.Conduct user training, workshops, and UAT sessions to ensure successful system adoption.Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.Act as a trusted advisor to our Business Units, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

You bring:

5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Strong expertise in CRM business processes, (sales is a must, customer service, and/or marketing automation a plus).Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.Proven ability to gather and document requirements, design solutions, and lead implementations.Experience with workflows, business process flows, security roles, and entity customizations.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
