Lead ERP Project Manager

We now have the opportunity for a Lead ERP Project Manager to join ADI's International IT team. This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days based at either our office in Oldham or Reading.
In this role you will be responsible for managing IT programs, projects and activities globally in the space of ERP systems to enable and support business improvement and profitable growth. You will also partner the business to deliver complex ERP solutions, support emerging software products and lead ERP related change programs.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Serve as an effective Project Manager, providing personal and technical leadership for cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, and on-time delivery of IT projects globally for ADI.
+ Deliver project or programs to scope and budget, with cost plans/forecasts updated regularly ensuring a high forecast accuracy.
+ Develop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings and regular status reports.
+ Ensure all assigned projects are executed to defined methodology with regular reporting and escalations as needed.
+ Make sure lessons learned and applied to future projects, and improvements to the overall methodology are applied and shared with the wider team.
+ Establish relationships with business customers and IT suppliers to provide technical solutions to end user needs through an understanding of business needs and technology.
+ Be a role model for the ADI code of conduct and key values. Act proactively in building the ADI IT culture.
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ Minimum of 10 years of global management experience in Project Management, IT or related discipline
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in running SAP projects using both Waterfall and Agile principles
+ Extensive SAP functional and technical knowledge
+ Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget
+ Ability to translate business/customers issues, requirements and objectives into high valuable solutions using ERP platforms
+ Certification in Six Sigma, Lean and PMP preferred
+ Good communication skills in English
