Lead Engineer - Software Products Requisition ID: 44513 Job Location(s): Oragadam, IN Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: R&D, Technology and Engineering Work Location Type: On-site **Job Description** We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is proficient across modern tech stacks, has a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns, and demonstrates a deep understanding of secure, maintainable, and high-performance application development. **Job Responsibilities** + Architect and build full-stack web applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms using **cross-platform technologies** . + Lead solution design using proven design and architecture patterns such as **MVC, MVVM, Microservices, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).** + Drive development using modern **JavaScript** frameworks and backend services across multiple environments. + Ensure **secure software development** practices including OAuth2, JWT, input validation, encryption, and secure coding standards (OWASP). + Implement **cross-platform apps** using technologies like Flutter, React Native, Electron, or Progressive Web Apps (PWA). + Build and optimize **RESTful and GraphQL** APIs. + Promote Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. + Oversee code reviews, testing strategy (unit/integration), and CI/CD pipelines. + Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, QA, and security teams. + Guide performance **tuning, cloud deployments, monitoring, and logging** . **Background & Skills** + Graduation or Post Graduation in Engineering (ECE/CSE/IT) with 10–15 years of professional software development experience & with full-stack responsibilities. + Strong proficiency with front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, Vue.js. + Back-end expertise in Node.js, .NET Core, Spring Boot, or Python (Django/Flask). + Hands-on experience in cross-platform frameworks: Flutter, React Native, Electron, or similar. + In-depth experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP. + Strong command of design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Strategy, Observer) and architecture patterns (Microservices, Monolith, Serverless, Event-Driven). + Expertise in SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). + Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi). + Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. + Knowledge of accessibility, scalability, and performance optimization techniques + Knowledge in IOT connected device and MQTT + Certifications in cloud architecture, secure coding, or Agile methodologies. + Experience with service mesh, API gateways, and edge computing. + Exposure to mobile-first and offline-first application strategies. + Contribution to open-source or community tech events. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
