Requirements
• Knowledge of JS and / or ES2015+ is the bare minimum criteria. • Knowledge of reading and converting the UI / UX / VDs to frontend framework of choice. • Knowledge of PWA and Single Page Applications (SPA) and have designed such systems in the past • Expertise knowledge of Major Front End Technologies / Frameworks like ReactJS, Angular1.x, AngularJs(2+), vueJs or any other. ReactJs is preferred.  • Have worked with various frontend and backend integration patterns like BFF / BEFE (API Gateways), Micro Front Ends etc • Should have integrated frontend with REST, Events based communication etc. GraphQL knowledge is extra and would bring extra qualification points. • Should know the full build and deployment tools for the FrontEnd ecosystem like gulp, webpack etc. Should have intermediate knowledge in the same if not expert. • Should be able to debug and fix the functional (language / Javascript / framework) and non-functional issues till FrontEnd and BFF layer. • Knowledge of nodeJs or any Javascript based Server side framework / dynamic language at server side is big plus. • Knowledge in Telecom domain is big plus but not required. If the candidate  has worked on Enterprise or Telecom applications  like Telecom BSS / OSS apps and different CRMs UIs / Front Ends that’s a big plus, but again not required.
Soft Skill Requirements
• Should be able to communicate with various different teams and people in the organisation be it BackEnd Dev teams, Product, Designers, and Business etc. • Should be able to translate /map the Business Requirements to FrontEnd requirements.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FrontEnd Stack beginning with the latest. • Minimum 2+ project / companies in the FrontEnd beginning with the latest. • Education from Premier Institute, like IITs/NITs/RECs/IIMs is a big plus.
