Lead Engineer I Engineering Processes

Job Summary:

Single Point of Contact for all Engineering Process improvements. Work with all the Engineering functions to understand Pain area and work on Process improvements, Implement and Post implementation Support.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Define the project in collaboration with management Build a detailed work plan using project management tools and standard processes Coordinate with All Product Groups and functions to implement/Release ECO’s on time Work with all manufacturing locations to implement/improve ECO Process Single Point of Contact for ECO Process & Oracle Process related support Work with Windchill Team for Oracle Integration with ARAS (Support PLM project) Support NPD Projects for Smooth Oracle Release (During Project Launch) Part standardization Support – Work with NPD/ARAS team for the Component Standardization (Complexity Reduction Projects)

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Preferably Mechanical Engineering Experience in Project Management, Order Engineering, or Engineering Change process Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Working Experience in Engineering Processes and Oracle ERP
