**What you’ll do:**
Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC) is seeking an Electronics Product Engineer in the design, development, and lifecycle support of Eaton's thermal monitoring systems. These products enable predictive maintenance and enhance asset reliability across critical electrical infrastructure. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-accuracy sensing solutions that meet global compliance standards (EMI/EMC, UL) and customer expectations. Responsibilities span hardware design, embedded systems integration, product validation, and manufacturing support, with a strong emphasis on innovation, reliability, and field performance.
"Key Responsibilities:
• Design and refine analog/digital circuits and embedded systems using engineering tools.
• Conduct product testing for functionality, reliability, and compliance (EMI/EMC, UL).
• Support manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards.
• Create and maintain product documentation including specifications and test procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver market-ready products."
**Qualifications:**
B.E. / M.E / Mtech Electronics / E&TC
8-12 years in electronics design and development with production support experience in thermal sensing
**Skills:**
"• Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design and embedded systems.
• Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and UL certification processes.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD) and simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice).
• Understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, Ethernet)
• Hands-on experience in product validation and troubleshooting."
