Minimum 7 Years of Relevant DFT ExperienceAble to Lead a team and ensure team delivery to customer.Good Experience in Scan Insertion, Scan DRC Checks.Experience in Atpg,Mbist,Simulation,ijtag skills is MUST.Should have working knowledge in LBIST is Preferred.Good communication skills and Leadership skills.
