Work Experience
Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects. Should have at least 4-5 years of prior experience as Project Leader
Experience in Mechanical Domain is desired.
Strong process management, project management, stakeholder management, requirement management and team handling skills
provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects technically forward.
Hands on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Tracking, Employee engagement, Metrics)
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must.
Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals.
Ability to quickly ramp up with new technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, debugging skills interpretation skills.
