As a Lead Engineer you will be responsible for:
Electrical machines scope analysis, definition, and technical documentation management, including Electric Motors, VFD, LV and MV Switchgears and Trafos
Instrumentation selection for machine monitoring and protection; design and management of the relevant technical documentation as required (Machinery DS, wiring diagram, P&I’d etc.).
Control and Monitoring system architecture design and configuration definition, with relevant control logiscs and wiring schematics
Creation of purchase specifications and Technical alignment with vendor and customers
Respect project documentation deliverabl, On Time Delivery & First Time Yeld for Drawings and Documentation
Responsible for codes and standards compliance of the design
Coordinate and lead a small team of outsourced designers/drafters keeping contacts with customers and suppliers.
Attendance of internal and customer meetings including Kick Off, Hazop and SIL, PIM and testing sessions
Management with customers and suppliers of any technical issues rising during the project development.
Provide technical support to sales team
Manage / Lead RCA, NCA, Lesson Learnt, Field Issues and product non conformity

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Masters' degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
About 3-4 years of experience in Power Electronics, Electrical Machines Design & Operations, Instrumentation and Control Systems with a solid background in Electrical Systems Engineering / Integration / Validation
Familiarity with design, test and analysis tools and systems
Already acquired knowledge of Autocad, Teamcenter and Oracle interfaces
Ability to work in a global and matrix environment; Be confident and speak with authority in the network of experts and in project teams
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, effective team building and problem solving abilities
Fluency in Italian and English is essential with good Verbal and Written Communication skills;
accountable for EHS performance
