As a System Control Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing advanced system level control applications that drive decarbonization and innovation in modern thermal infrastructure.
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Serve as system architect, designing and optimizing system control strategies for thermal management systems in data centers and industrial processes. Develop modular control and communication architectures that enable precise operation of heating and cooling equipment, including chillers and heat pumps. Integrate control systems with cloud-based platforms to support remote monitoring, system optimization, and predictive maintenance. Validate system performance through simulation, and real-world field trials in collaboration with customers and OEMs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that control solutions meet technical requirements, sustainability targets, and operational needs. What You’ll Be Doing Architect and implement control solutions for thermal management systems in data centers and industrial environments. Design, test, and refine control algorithms using simulation tools and field data. Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for further efficiency improvements. Participate in code and design reviews to ensure robust and maintainable solutions. Stay current with industry advancements in thermal management and control technology. Ideal candidates will have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in designing and implementing control systems for thermal applications, such as HVAC, cooling, or industrial processes. Proficiency with Model Based Design in MATLAB/Simulink and real-time control platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ready to Make a Difference?
