Manage Legal & Labour compliances for all Airtel Offices as well as COCO stores Exit process adherence Vendor Management & process compliance.
HR & Facility Capex / Opex Management, Driving the war on waste agenda
Manage HR Opex cost (Staff Welfare, Staff Travel, Conveyance and Meeting & Conference cost) and FM opex within last year AOP New Office / Retrofit / Refurbishment Projects as per Business Plan Delivery of Wow related projects/AOP Savings.
Employee services for a superlative employee experience
Manage the center process of Hotels and travel booking Action on facilities employee Satisfaction Survey Conduct the employee services related survey and improve the services Onboarding session regarding the ES of New joiners.
