**KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY**
1. Design and follow up project of supplies developmentforhighpowerand high power density.
-Electrical circuit design (including magnetic & thermal design) & analysis followed by Engineer Leader's instruction.
-Supporting Schematic capture & PCB design with CAD engineer.
-Circuit simulations & reports
-Know the power application of AI server power and Cloud service
-Keep track on Project schedule
2. FA, Testing & debugging
-Failure analysis & problem solving with corrective/preventive actions
-Supporting Unit power up & waveforms' capture in each design stages.
-Required bench works of manual & ATE test independently
3. Design documentation
-Customer Specification & technical documentation check
-BOM maintenance
-Responsible on Design review minutes
-Other Design related documents such as compliance matrix, test plan, .., etc generation & maintenance
4. Design support
-Component sourcing & evaluation
-Works with PM, support teams and factory to ensure smooth development
-Participates in conference calls with customer & supplies
-Provides technical supports for production and field problems
5. Act as liaison between Artesyn engineering and customer
-Must have good communication skills
-Must know how to assess customer requirements
-Must be able to socialize with different types of people
