Role and ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of 3-4 engineers for execution of projects.Responsible for delivering projects on time with good quality. Take ownership and responsibility of assigned task.Support team in analyzing requirements and deriving project solutions.Interact with customer to present technical solutions and verify technical aspect of project.Build customer relation through good interactions and responsiveness.Adhere to ISO/quality and technical standards of Quest in execution of the project10 to 12 years of experience in Plant Operation, Maintenance & Reliability.Good knowledge in Preventive and Corrective MaintenanceHands on experience in maintenance of all Electrical equipments like Transformers, HT & LT Switchgears, Circuit breakers, MCC panels, Batteries, generators, Motors, etc.Good knowledge in Power System Analysis.Hands on experience in power system analysis tools like ETAP, SKM, etc will be an added advantage.Good knowledge in Equipment Strategies for all Electrical equipmentsGood knowledge in reading all the Electrical documents like SLD, Layout diagrams, etcGood knowledge in analyzing the performance of the Electrical EquipmentsGood knowledge in Equipment selectionGood knowledge on the criticality & criticality assessments of equipmentsGood knowledge in Hazardous area classificationsWorking experience on tools like SAP, Meridium, etc will be an added advantageFamiliar in tools like Tableau, Advanced Excel, etc will be an added advantage.Good knowledge in MS office & Candidate should have good analytical skillsGood written & verbal communicationTo be able to Work independently & complete the assigned task, interact with customer for scope understanding technical discussion and clarifications.Process focus and continuous improvement orientation. Qualifications and Education Requirements

B.E/B.Tech/BS (Electrical & Electronics Engg or Electrical Engg) having 10-12 years of work experience in maintenance, Reliability, Power system analysis

Preferred SkillsMS Office, SKM Power Tool/ETAP.Problem solving ability.Fluency in English with good written and oral communication.Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams.
