Job Offer: Lead Electrical Engineer

Location: Nysa, Poland

Key Responsibilities: Leading the electrical engineering scope of industrial projects from concept through to commissioning. Coordinating design activities and ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards. Supervising and mentoring junior electrical engineers and designers. Reviewing and approving technical documentation, drawings, and specifications. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Ensuring compliance with local and international electrical codes and safety standards. Supporting procurement processes by preparing technical specifications and evaluating supplier offers. Participating in site inspections and resolving technical issues during construction and commissioning phases. Expectations: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably in industrial or EPC/EPCM projects. Higher technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, power distribution, and automation. Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, EN, NFPA). Fluent in English and Polish. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams. Experience in construction and commissioning phases is highly desirable.
