Job Description
We are looking for an EHS expert to lead and elevate our environmental, health, and safety standards across operations. This role requires strategic oversight, operational leadership, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
Location: Berlin
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and execute audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance
+ Drive continuous improvement across EHS processes, with end-to-end operational ownership
+ Manage complex projects and organize team workload effectively within a plant or country-level scope
+ Influence stakeholders and support key business initiatives with strong presentation and communication skills
+ Apply advanced EHS knowledge to mentor peers and guide strategic decisions
**What you bring:**
**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Quality, Environmental Science, or a related field
+ 3–7 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in commercial or service environments
+ Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards; experience in both office and field compliance

+ Strong grasp of QHSE principles, tools, and regulations
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and support diverse operational settings
+ Practical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
