Lead DLP Technical Governance Analyst

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to help mature the Data Loss Prevention front line risk management and governance program.  Engage stakeholders and large matrix teams to provide guidance and solutions on cyber security controls, policies, and standards specifically with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) but not limited to DLP.  The lead analyst will provide technical analysis and reporting/metrics of security/risk exposure and mitigation planning with cyber security domain and business unit stakeholders.


In this role, you will:

Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediationDirect information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategiesInfluence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisionsProvide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategiesAct as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actionsConsult the organization on complex security issues and findingsManage the most complex and critical information assetsEvaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information securityServe as information security leader to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and AwarenessCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects and teamsCoordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risksServe as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Advanced experience and knowledge with Cybersecurity Risk ManagementAdvanced experience and knowledge with cybersecurity infrastructure solutionsAdvanced knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)2+ year(s) of experience leading stakeholder teams to design and develop internal and external threat mitigation strategies to include threat modeling, data analytics and visualization2+ year(s) of experience one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling in an information security environment, information technology environment, or a combination of both2+ year(s) of Information Security Frameworks and standards (FFIEC, NIST, ISO) experience2+ year(s) of experience with Information security domains (data, crypto, IAM, network, platform or application)2+ years of experience with Cloud implementations for regulated, enterprise environments


Job Expectations:

Travel up to 20% domesticallyAbility to work onsite in the office in a hybrid modelThis position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
