**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
You will collaborate with our 3PL partner and report directly to the Digital DC Operations Manager based in Icheon CSC (Customer Service Center), Korea. In this role, you will engage with cross-functional teams across Korea, including Finance, Logistics, Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC), Demand and Supply Management (DSM), and Nike Digital.
Beyond Korea, you will also work with our GEO (APLA) teammates to support various reporting tasks and follow up on global and GEO-level initiatives.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are seeking a Distribution Center Operations Associate to oversee inventory at the NURI DC and deliver accurate inventory reports to the relevant teams.
+ 1~3 years’ working experience in Logistics or business planning is preferred
+ Excellent English written and oral communication skills are required
+ Advanced level proficiency in Power Point, Excel and Word
+ Efficient and effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
+ Problem solving and storytelling through critical thinking and facts.
+ WMS / SAP user experience is preferred
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
If this is you, you will be part of the Digital DC Operations Team, managing the operations and performance of 3PL and B2C carriers. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Forecasting B2C demand, including operations during peak periods (such as digital events)
+ Sharing various reports with relevant teams, including GEO, on productivity and KPI performance (weekly and monthly).
+ Managing vendor registration, contract management, and monthly invoice payments.
+ Overseeing B2C Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and delivery lead time management.
+ Following up on GEO/Global initiatives and internal projects.
You will play a key role in managing inventory operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness at the distribution center for both B2B and B2C channels, while maintaining healthy inventory level for Nike’s business.
