Lead Digital Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager. The CB CIB Digital team is looking for a dynamic individual to focus on building and evolving new digital experiences, while partnering with multiple product teams across the organization. This individual will support the strategic roadmap, product vision and end-to-end execution in creating and delivering transformational experiences for specific product(s) within the individual journeys. The successful candidate will be able to build new experiences, leverage their well-rounded analytical, business, and communication skills, leadership capabilities, and must be a team player.


In this role, you will:

Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impactAct as key participant in large-scale planningReview and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areaInfluence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirementsLead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesStrategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsPotentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higher. MBA preferred but not required.Demonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution; experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases for a product or serviceAbility to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final productExperience leading major online customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launchesExperience in leading UX/UI specific features or websites or portals.Experience in Payables/Receivables, payments, CB/CIB, dashboards and related domains.Strong relationship development skillsAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goalsExperience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industriesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProduct Management.Delivery Execution as a product manager including cross-functional team engagement including engineering, design (Global).Stakeholder management (Global).


Job Expectations:

Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per weekFlexible work hours including overlap with Pacific time zone
