Lead Digital Engineer- Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Siemens Teamcenter PLM development projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of PLM systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global delivery models. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex PLM implementations, upgrades, and integrations, particularly in engineering environments

Your roleDevelop and execute project plans for Teamcenter implementation and enhancement, ensuring alignment with business goals, schedule, and budget.Lead cross-functional global teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocations using Agile or hybrid methodologies.Oversee development activities including Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, AWC), data migration, and system integration with tools like SAP, NX, and ECAD.Serve as the principal liaison among clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring consistent and clear communication.Gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating business needs into actionable project deliverables.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Monitor project deliverables, quality assurance, and compliance with standards.Manage project budgets and resources efficiently across concurrent initiatives.Prepare regular project reports and executive updates for stakeholders and leadership.Facilitate user adoption of new Teamcenter functionalities through training and support.Your skills and experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven record in PLM or enterprise software projects; Siemens Teamcenter experience strongly preferred.Certification in PMP, or Agile methodology preferred (ACP).Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, team leadership, and project delivery in deadline-driven environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, team leadership, and project delivery in deadline-driven environments.Lead cross-functional global teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, SAFe).Excellent stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
